Negroni

Ingredients

  • 25ml Jukebox Gin
  • 25ml Martini Rosso
  • 25ml Campari
  • Garnish: Orange Peel

Method

  1. Mix the Gin, Martini Rosso & Campari together with ice until you reach your desired dilution
  2. Serve in a rocks glass with ice.
  3. Garnish with an orange peel twist

Dry Gin Martini

Ingredients

  • 50ml Jukebox Gin
  • Splash of dry vermouth
  • Garnish: your choice

Method

  1. Rinse a Mixing glass with vermouth to coat the inside of the glass
  2. Add gin and fill with ice
  3. Stir until you have achieved your desired dilution
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass
  5. Garnish with whatever you like, traditionally olives, lemon twists and pickled onions are used

Gin Sour

Ingredients

  • 50ml Jukebox Gin
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Sugar Syrup
  • 1 egg white (optional)
  • Garnish: Lemon Wedge

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker
  2. Shake without ice hard for around 12 seconds
  3. Add Cubed Ice to shaker and shake again hard for 12 seconds
  4. Single Strain over cubed ice in a highball or rocks glass
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge

Secret Garden

Ingredients

  • 40ml Jukebox Gin
  • 20ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3 slices of cucumber (diced)
  • 100mls Apple Juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Garnish: Slice of cucumber & apple fan

  1. Muddle the cucumber in the shaker
  2. Add all the other ingredients and shake for 11 seconds
  3. Double strain over cubed ice into a highball glass
  4. Garnish with an apple fan and cucumber wheel

Gimlet

Ingredients

  • 50ml Jukebox Gin
  • 20ml Lime Cordial
  • 5ml Lime Juice
  • 5ml Lemon Juice
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup
  • Garnish: Dried Lime Wheel

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with cubed ice
  2. Shake for 11 seconds
  3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass
  4. Garnish with a dried lime wheel

Bramble

Ingredients

  • 50ml Jukebox
  • 20ml Sugar Syrup
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • Drizzle Crème de Mure
  • Garnish: Lemon Wedge

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass ¾ full of crushed ice
  2. Add the Gin, Sugar Syrup and Lemon Juice to a shaker with cubed ice
  3. Shake for 11 seconds
  4. Strain into rocks glass
  5. Fill rocks glass to top by adding more crushed ice
  6. Drizzle crème de Mure over the top
  7. Garnish with a Lemon Wedge

Aviation

Ingredients

  • 50ml Jukebox Gin
  • 15ml Maraschino Liqueur
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • Garnish: Lemon Twist

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and add cubed ice
  2. Shake for 11 seconds
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist
