Gin Sour


  • 50ml Jukebox Gin
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Sugar Syrup
  • 1 egg white (optional)
  • Garnish: Lemon Wedge


  1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker
  2. Shake without ice hard for around 12 seconds
  3. Add Cubed Ice to shaker and shake again hard for 12 seconds
  4. Single Strain over cubed ice in a highball or rocks glass
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge
